The location of Novotel is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the airport. The staff were accommodating and friendly, providing quick check-in and assistance with my needs. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, allowing me to work effectively .

This accommodation was in the central location to all transport. Plus there was a lake, within 40 minutes walk or so.

Fabulous hotel, all of the staff were nice and understanding, fab location to take a train to Birmingham New Street Station where there are many food outlets. The room was updated and compact with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the separate bathroom.
